Dr. Michael Krupp was elected to his first term as a Board member
in November, 2010. A 20-year resident of Titusville, FL where he currently
lives with his wife Linda Jean, Dr. Krupp has served Brevard Public Schools
(BPS) in numerous capacities including the following: science teacher for
DeLaura Jr. H.S.; Adult/Community Center Ed. Coordinator for Cocoa Beach High
School (now known as Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High); an Assistant Principal for
Merritt Island, Titusville, and Cocoa High Schools; and prior to his retirement
from BPS in 2004, he served as principal of Edgewood and Astronaut High
Schools. Dr. Krupp has also served Brevard Community College as their Ombudsman
for the Educator Preparation Institute/Alternative Certification Program from
2006-2010. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kentucky, a
Master’s of Art in Teaching degree in Science Education from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Specialist and Doctorate degrees from the
University of Florida in Educational Leadership. Additionally, he has three

Meet your New Board Member
