Clay County, Florida > Food & Nutrition > New Food Services Director

New Food Services Director

Learning the ropes to a new job can be daunting, but that isn’t a problem for Susan Glover… the district’s new Director of Food and Nutrition Services.  That’s because for the past 11 years, she’s worked as a Cafeteria Manager and Food Service Coordinator, helping to feed Clay County’s 35,000+ students.

“I am honored to be the new Director of Food and Nutrition Services and I feel very proud to be a part of such a dedicated, hard working team,” says Glover, who replaces Wimberly Brackett, who relocated with her family to Ohio.

“Ms. Glover is a professional who loves serving our children and understands the number of state and federal rules and regulations that the school food service industry must follow,” says Dr. George Copeland, Assistant Superintendent of Business Affairs.  “She also understands the important role that good nutrition plays in the fitness and academic success of our children.”
