Arlington Elementary School is proud to announce their 90th anniversary. Teacher, students, staff and community members were invited to celebrate the school’s proud history since 1921.
The celebration began with the monthly flag raising ceremony, which incorporated students from all grade levels. Guests then proceeded to the media center to view Arlington Elementary’s miniature museum of historical artifacts. The museum included a variety of items such as holiday cards from students in 1927 and a program from the class of 1941 promotional exercise.
Arlington Elementary’s students searched through the photo albums of former students and teachers that date back to the school’s opening in 1921. The entire Arlington community was brought together to enjoy in the celebration of 90 years of educating students from the Arlington area.
